Ingredients :
- 500 grams of shelled prawns- olive oil- ½ onion- 1 clove of garlic- 1 pinch of pepper- 1 teaspoon of salt- 1 tablespoon of curry- 200ml coconut milk- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Preparation :
1. Chop the onion with the garlic.2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven.3. sweat the onion with the garlic.4. add the prawns and sauté for 2 minutes.5. add pepper and salt and mix.6. Advices :
- Simmer as long as possible (more it simmers, the better).- Do not put too many spices, it is better to put less at the start, even if it means adding more later.
