Curry, coconut and prawns

Hello everyone, here is a quick, healthy and tasty recipe. Its spicy taste will make you feel like you are traveling !



You will enjoy these original flavors !



Necessary time to make the curry, coconut and prawns : about an hour and a half.





Age for children to make this recipe : from 3-4 years.



Ustensils:

- A Dutch oven - A wooden spoon



Ingredients :


- 500 grams of shelled prawns - olive oil - ½ onion - 1 clove of garlic - 1 pinch of pepper - 1 teaspoon of salt - 1 tablespoon of curry - 200ml coconut milk - 1 tablespoon of tomato puree - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch



Preparation :


1. Chop the onion with the garlic. 2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven. 3. sweat the onion with the garlic. 4. add the prawns and sauté for 2 minutes. 5. add pepper and salt and mix. 6. Add curry, coconut milk and mix well. 7. Add tomato puree and parsley, mix. 8. simmer more or less 5 minutes, stirring regularly. 9. Add cornstarch and mix well. 10. Enjoy your meal.



Advices :

- Simmer as long as possible (more it simmers, the better). - Do not put too many spices, it is better to put less at the start, even if it means adding more later.

- I think the best accompaniment for this dish is rice, but everyone is free to choose what they want !
